SMS Opt-In Workflow

GAMING SOLUTIONS CORP adheres to strict A2P 10DLC guidelines regarding consumer consent. We exclusively send transactional messages (such as digital receipts) to customers who purchase a gift card at one of our self-service kiosks. We do not use SMS for marketing.

Verbal / Written Consent Collection

Consent is collected explicitly during the checkout flow on our physical kiosk terminals. The customer is presented with an optional checkbox stating "Send me a text message receipt". Only after checking this box does the system reveal the phone number input field. A clear compliance disclaimer is shown immediately below the input.
